Panera Cafe Associate: Salad & Sandwich Maker

We're seeking a skilled Salad & Sandwich Maker to join our team at Panera Cafe. As a key member of our kitchen team, you'll be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality menu items to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and assemble a wide range of menu items, including salads, sandwiches, and soups.
  • Ensure every order is made quickly, correctly, and consistently.
  • Meet speed and accuracy goals while maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
  • Collaborate with your manager and team to achieve our goals and build a positive work culture.
Requirements:
  • Previous food service experience is preferred, but not required.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet speed and accuracy goals.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Commitment to health and food safety.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
