Panera Cafe Associate: Salad & Sandwich Maker

We're seeking a skilled Salad & Sandwich Maker to join our team at Panera Cafe. As a key member of our kitchen team, you'll be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality menu items to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and assemble a wide range of menu items, including salads, sandwiches, and soups.
  • Ensure every order is made quickly, correctly, and consistently, meeting our high standards for quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Meet speed and accuracy goals, working efficiently to maintain a smooth and organized kitchen environment.
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive team culture, supporting your manager and colleagues to achieve our goals.
Requirements:
  • Previous food service experience is preferred, but not required.
  • You must be at least 16 years old and able to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • You should be passionate about providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests.
