Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Sales Performance Manager Lead to drive sales growth and success at Mortgage Benefits. This role is responsible for monitoring and enhancing sales team performance through data-driven coaching and support initiatives.

About the Role:

  • This position focuses on ensuring consistent growth and high productivity across sales teams, leveraging leads to support sales efforts and expand opportunities.
  • The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills to track and analyze sales performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies to enhance performance.
  • A proven track record in managing or mentoring sales teams is a plus, with the ability to coach and mentor team members to achieve individual and team goals.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive estimated salary of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, based on industry standards and location (Remote USA).
