Sales Coordinator

As a Sales Coordinator at Le Meridien Pasadena Arcadia, you will play a crucial role in assisting the Director of Sales and Sales Managers in achieving customer satisfaction by performing administrative duties related to guest and hotel communications. You will also be responsible for light selling duties to small groups and functions.
The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent, with a preference for college coursework in a related field. Experience in a hotel or related field is also a plus. You will be proficient in Microsoft operating systems, OnQ, and Sales Pro Enterprise, and possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities- Approach all interactions with guests and colleagues in a friendly, courteous, and service-oriented manner.
- Maintain regular attendance and adhere to Aimbridge Hospitality standards.
- Organize and maintain sales files in a timely and efficient manner.
- Assist in the preparation of sales contracts, BEOs, and other documents as needed.
- Monitor and maintain office supplies and sales collateral.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Director of Sales.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in a related field preferred.
- Experience in a hotel or related field a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft operating systems, OnQ, and Sales Pro Enterprise.
