Sales Coordinator

As a Sales Coordinator at Aimbridge Hospitality, you will play a vital role in supporting the sales team in achieving customer satisfaction and driving revenue growth. You will be responsible for performing clerical and administrative duties, including data entry, report generation, and communication with guests and hotel staff.
Responsibilities- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to guests and hotel staff, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales data, including lead logs and sales statistics.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with the sales team, hotel staff, and guests to ensure seamless coordination and execution of sales efforts.
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the sales team, including preparing sales contracts, BEOs, and other documents.
- Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve problems in a timely and effective manner, ensuring minimal disruption to sales efforts.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the sales team and hotel staff to achieve sales goals and objectives.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in a related field preferred.
- Experience: Previous experience in a hotel or related field preferred.
- Skills: Proficient in Microsoft operating systems, OnQ, and Sales Pro Enterprise; excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
