We are seeking a highly skilled Patient Access Representative to join our team at Blue Ridge Health. As a Patient Access Representative, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service to our patients and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist patients with check-in and check-out during appointments, ensuring all patient data is up-to-date and confidential.
  • Answer patient phone calls to assist with scheduling appointments and provide general information about our services.
  • Work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary healthcare team to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Provide excellent communication skills to effectively interact with staff, patients, providers, peers, supervisors, and community stakeholders.
Requirements
  • One year of experience working in a medical office environment (preferred but not required).
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent (required).
  • Stellar communication skills and a team player attitude.
  • A desire to work with an interdisciplinary healthcare team and culturally diverse patient population.
