**Job Title:** Psychiatric Nurse (Adult) - RN Position

**Job Summary:** Ambe Healthcare Staffing is seeking a skilled Psychiatric Nurse (Adult) - RN to join our team. As a Psychiatric Nurse (Adult) - RN, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to a collaborative and supportive team environment.

**Unit Overview:**
  • We have 27 beds available in our unit.
  • Our patient-to-nurse ratio is 1:8, ensuring personalized attention and care for each patient.
**Key Responsibilities:**
  • **Patient Care:** Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing vital signs, and conducting safety checks to ensure the well-being of our patients.
  • **Collaboration:** Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • **Progress Monitoring:** Continuously monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • **Communication:** Effectively communicate with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination and patient satisfaction.
**Requirements:**
  • **Education:** A Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) is preferred, but not required.
  • **Licensure:** Current RN licensure in the state of practice is mandatory.
  • **Certifications:** Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certifications are required.
  • **Experience:** A minimum of 1 year of experience in psychiatric nursing, with a preference for experience working with adult populations.
