  • Troubleshooting and Inspections: Conduct inspections and troubleshoot leaks efficiently, utilizing strong troubleshooting skills and a keen eye for detail.
  • Documentation and Communication: Maintain basic computer skills for documentation and communication, learning to read and understand work orders, manufacturer warranties, and project specifications.
  • Safety and Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols, including the use of PPE, fall protection, and other necessary precautions, representing the company and interacting with others in an honest, ethical, and professional manner at all times.
Requirements
  • At least 18 years of age
  • Experience in commercial roofing or a related field, preferred
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and a keen eye for detail
  • Basic computer skills and the ability to learn new software quickly
  • Ability to read and interpret work orders, manufacturer warranties, and technical specifications
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Reliable, punctual, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently
  • A valid driver's license and a clean driving record
  • Ability to travel locally when required
