Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team at The ONE Group. As a Bartender, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional guest experience by consistently providing top-notch service and expertise in mixology.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Guest First Focus: Deliver exceptional guest service by anticipating and meeting the needs of our patrons.
  • Mixology Expertise: Prepare and serve all drinks in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring a high level of quality and consistency.
  • Teamwork and Time Management: Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless service and efficient operations, managing multiple tasks and priorities with ease.
  • Menu Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our menu offerings and make recommendations to guests to enhance their dining experience.
  • Additional Responsibilities: This role may also require waiting on tables in the designated bar area, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for our guests.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 1-2 years of previous experience in a high-volume, fast-paced full-service restaurant.
  • Age Requirement: Must meet state minimum age for serving alcoholic beverages.
  • Work Environment: Previous experience in a high-volume or fast-casual dining restaurant environment is preferred.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Ability to interact with the public and coworkers in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner.
  • Responsibility and Attention to Detail: Accepts responsibility for a cash drawer and has the ability to maintain the drawer throughout the shift.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to transport and carry objects such as glass racks and ice bins weighing up to 50 lbs. numerous times throughout the shift.
  • Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively, including the ability to speak and write in English.
