Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Take care of and take a vested interest in our guests' dining experience, ensuring that they feel welcome and valued.
- Beverage Preparation: Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beers, and wines, to our bar and restaurant patrons.
- Regulatory Compliance: Comply with all relevant laws and regulations, including those related to the sale and service of alcohol.
- Engagement and Upselling: Engage with bar patrons in lively conversation, creating a memorable experience and suggesting items to enhance their visit.
- Order Accuracy: Ensure that orders are accurate, complete, and delivered to each guest in a timely manner.
- Teamwork: Work closely with restaurant management and staff to address customer concerns, assist with tasks, and promote a positive and productive work environment.
- Leadership: Take initiative to help fellow staff members and lead by example, promoting teamwork and a culture of excellence.
- Adaptability: Be able to work in a fast-paced bar atmosphere and adapt to changing circumstances, including extended shifts and varying sales volumes.
- Experience: Possess at least 2 years of experience as a Bartender, with a strong background in mixology and customer service.
