Job Summary:

This position is responsible for overseeing the operations of the Cardiac Cath Lab, with a focus on ensuring clinical excellence and facilitating efficient operations.

The ideal candidate will have a strong clinical background and experience in cardiac services administration, with a proven track record of driving service line growth and improving patient satisfaction.

The Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining an evidence-based care delivery model, managing care through effective communication with stakeholders, and analyzing and implementing processes to enhance and integrate services.

This role requires a strong leader who can motivate and support a team of Associates and medical staff, ensuring that services are responsive to patient needs and aligned with the CHRISTUS Health mission and vision.

The Manager will also be responsible for analyzing and implementing processes to enhance and integrate services, and for developing and maintaining effective lines of communication with all stakeholders.

This is a full-time position at CHRISTUS Santa Rosa Hospital - Westover Hills, a 150-bed hospital serving the fastest growing area of San Antonio.

The hospital offers a range of specialized care services, including orthopedic and surgical services, ICU, women's services, and comprehensive cardiovascular care from diagnostics to open heart surgery.

The Manager will work closely with the medical staff and Associates to ensure that services are delivered in a family-oriented and patient-centered manner, and that the hospital's mission and vision are achieved.

Requirements:

HS Diploma required. Graduate of an AMA-approved School of Radiological Sciences or other accepted and approved equivalent is preferred.

A minimum ten (10) years of recent clinical experience in Cardiac Cath Lab environment is required.

A minimum seven (7) years recent Cardiac Services administration/management experience is required.

A strong clinical background is preferred.

BLS certification is required.

ACLS certification is required within 90 days of employment.

Texas Department Of Health (CMRT TDH) licensure is preferred.

American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) registration or Registry eligible is preferred.
