Novatae Risk Group is seeking a dedicated Commercial Lines Insurance Specialist to join our team in St. Louis. As an Account Manager, you will assist our producers/brokers in driving growth and profit initiatives by providing expert support services and fostering strong relationships with retailers, carriers, and coworkers.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Process new business, renewals, endorsements, and cancellations, ensuring accurate and timely completion
  • Review and analyze carrier quotations for accuracy, providing feedback to agents and carriers as needed
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of commercial lines insurance coverage, products, markets, rating, and underwriting procedures
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with retailers, carriers, and coworkers
Requirements
  • Property & Casualty license required; minimum 2 years of previous P&C insurance experience preferred
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Strong knowledge of commercial lines insurance coverage, products, markets, rating, and underwriting procedures
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, applying knowledge and experience to achieve outstanding results

The estimated annual salary for this role is $70,000 - $90,000, based on experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for growth and development.
