Role Summary:
The Production Lead plays a crucial role in assisting the Production Supervisor to guarantee that manufacturing operations are conducted reliably and efficiently. This position is accountable for ensuring that all tasks within a production setting are organized appropriately and executed as required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate records of dough weight, dough temperatures, oven temperatures, and freezer temperatures.
- Keep a log for oven inspections throughout the shift, noting any necessary adjustments in the comments section.
- Ensure that all staff members arrive on time and that all roles are filled during the shift.
- Provide support for any vacant positions during the shift.
- Assist maintenance teams with machinery setup to initiate production for the week.
- Oversee all machinery, equipment, and personnel during the shift.
- Report directly to the Production Supervisor.
- Adhere to established rules and regulations to maintain food safety, quality, and compliance.
- Foster and maintain effective working relationships with team members.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED is mandatory.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
- Minimum of one year of relevant experience and/or training.
Shift: 2nd (1:45pm-10:15pm)
