Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct safety audits and inspections to ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and production norms.
  • Communicate effectively with employees on safety, staffing, scheduling, and training.
  • Review and support master scheduling to meet production needs.
  • Lead and coach line process teams to improve quality, flexibility, and cost reduction.
  • Maintain time and attendance records, as well as production data in electronic systems.
  • Provide leadership and accountability to hourly employees to achieve departmental and company goals.
  • Coordinate manufacturing activities to ensure production and product quality meet specifications.
  • Interface with internal and external vendors to provide parts, support, and training related to production and maintenance.
Requirements:
  • Effective leadership skills, including conflict resolution, communication, and decision-making.
  • Excellent time management and project management skills.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong computer skills and working knowledge of Microsoft programs.
  • Lean Manufacturing experience is a plus.
Working Conditions:

This role requires working in an office and/or plant environment, with exposure to a wide range of temperatures and loud machinery. The employee may be required to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
