Job Overview

Aspire Bakeries, a leading North American baking company, is seeking a skilled Relief Operator III to join its team. As a key member of our manufacturing facility, you will be responsible for providing break relief coverage for various positions, including case erecting, packing, dough moving, mixing, operating machinery, and palletizing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide relief coverage for multiple positions, ensuring seamless operations and maintaining productivity.
  • Learn and demonstrate full competency in performing job functions, adhering to food safety and quality standards.
  • Follow company Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP's) and Allergen, Food Defense, and HACCP policies.
  • Collaborate with supervision and maintenance to maintain equipment in good working condition.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • One year of related experience and/or training required.
  • Experience in the food industry preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
