Key Responsibilities- Schedule patient appointments and obtain referrals as needed.
- Meet or exceed productivity and accuracy standards.
- Engage with patients, families, and visitors to provide a positive first impression.
- Complete registration and discharge activities, including co-payment collection and insurance verification.
- Collaborate with clinical partners to optimize patient communication and clinic flow.
- Actively participate in activities to enhance the patient experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or equivalent preferred.
- Administrative support experience, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
