About The Dignify Solutions LLC

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Process Improvement Manager to join our team. This is a full-time position with an estimated salary of $120,000 - $140,000 per year.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the creation and approval of core project documentation, documenting all required meeting materials, identifying and communicating risks and issues, and working with functional leads and stakeholders to develop workstream strategy and delivery. Additionally, the candidate will participate in credit and margin industry roundtable discussions, improve automation for all aspects of regulatory requirements, and further document and improve regulatory controls and procedures.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Delivery of large multi-functional projects
  • Experience in the development of program documentation
  • Ability to present well and communicate clearly
  • Ability to multitask and work in a team environment
  • Excel, Word, PowerPoint skills
  • Five-plus years of margin operations experience related to Regulation T, Client Rule 4210
