Role Overview

We are seeking a talented Personal Training Manager to join our team at Anytime Fitness. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in driving sales and growth within our clubs.

Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for leading a team of personal trainers, conducting fitness assessments, consulting with clients, and collaborating with other departments to achieve sales and revenue targets.

Requirements:

  • Possess a recognized personal training certification (e.g. NASM, ACE, ACSM, ISSA) with valid CPR/AED certification.
  • 1-2 years Sales experience preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of exercise physiology, anatomy, nutrition, and fitness assessment techniques.
  • Able to motivate and inspire a team of trainers to achieve their full potential.
  • Proven ability to develop and maintain positive relationships with clients and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Energetic, motivated, and goal-oriented.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients, staff, and management.
