Clinical Recruiter

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Clinical Recruiter to join our team at Behavioral & Educational Solutions PC. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and onboarding top talent to support our clinical and administrative operations.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, candidate sourcing, resume screening, and interviewing.
- Utilize various recruiting methods, such as job boards, social media, and networking events, to attract qualified candidates.
- Schedule and conduct initial interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers for further assessments.
- Assist with the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires into the company.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for future openings, focusing on both clinical and administrative roles.
- Promote the company's brand and culture to potential candidates, highlighting our commitment to client care and employee development.
- Attend local job fairs and national professional conferences to network and recruit top talent in the behavioral health industry.
- Ensure all recruitment activities comply with legal and regulatory requirements, including EEO guidelines.
- Identify and draft detailed and accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria.
- Implement efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the available role, industry standards, and the needs of the organization.
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 1-2 years of recruitment experience, specifically within the behavioral health industry or a related healthcare field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office with strong computer skills.
- Experience working with application tracking systems.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Self-starter with a proactive approach to recruitment.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Knowledge of FERPA and HIPAA laws.
Moderate local and national traveling may be required. May need to lift up to 25lbs occasionally. Needs to be able to spend hours at a time seated and/or on foot.
