Your Role Includes:

  • Providing daily support and supervision to clients in our programs
  • Collaborating with the Site Coordinator and clinical staff
  • Planning and facilitating recreational and educational activities
  • Redirecting clients when necessary
  • Performing additional duties as assigned

Work Schedule:

Available shifts include:

Full-time positions with 8 & 12 hour shifts, as well as Part-time options. Shifts can be scheduled across days, afternoons, midnights, and weekends. There is a shift differential for midnight shifts.

PRN (on-call) roles require a minimum of 4 shifts per month, covering various times as needed.

Qualifications:

  • A High School Diploma or GED is required
  • A valid driver's license and proof of auto insurance are necessary
  • Ability to engage with new individuals who align with our mission
  • Willingness to undergo a pre-employment drug screening and background check
  • For individuals in recovery, a minimum of one year of sobriety is required
