Financial Enrollment Specialist Role

CommQuest Services, Inc. is seeking a Full-time Financial Enrollment Specialist for our residential facility. This role involves managing and overseeing all financial transactions and services within the site location related to client services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle client financial transactions, including maintaining a cash drawer, processing payments, and preparing financial reports.
  • Verify and collect insurance information, confirm Medicaid eligibility, and assist clients with financial forms.
  • Review financial processes with clients, including agreements for financial responsibility beyond insurance coverage.
  • Complete charge verification and entry for client services.
  • Follow up on delinquent accounts and ensure timely billing and collections.
  • Assist clients with understanding and navigating Medicaid applications and enrollment processes.
  • Assist with office duties as assigned and provide support for various programs, as needed.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or GED required. An Associate's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in financial services, billing, or a related area. Experience with electronic health record systems and behavioral health services is preferred.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
