Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute daily accounting tasks as assigned.
  • Prepare and assess reconciliations, reports, and budgets for accuracy and thoroughness.
- Conduct month-end and year-end closing activities, ensuring timely and precise financial reporting.
- Reconcile bank statements and financial transactions.
- Prepare journal entries.
- Monitor and reconcile fixed asset transactions, understanding the principles of capitalization and expensing.

Qualifications:

- At least 5 years of accounting experience, with a solid foundation in financial reporting and analysis.
  • Familiarity with GAAP accounting.
  • Experience in healthcare finance or private equity is advantageous.
  • Proficient in accounting software and financial systems (e.g., QuickBooks, Excel).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • High level of integrity and ethical standards.
