About Our Team
The HR Business Partner will lead the HR team and provide comprehensive HR support across various operations. This role will collaborate with specialized HR groups and report to the Senior HR Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish strong working relationships based on trust through practical and strategic HR guidance across different teams.
- Serve as a subject matter expert for HR-related issues at the site level.
- Collaborate with operational leaders to ensure effective staffing and retention strategies.
- Analyze key business drivers to develop and implement suitable HR solutions.
- Coach leaders on aligning business and people strategies.
- Enhance leadership capabilities and promote accountability in talent management and organizational culture.
- Utilize strong business acumen along with analytical and project management skills.
- Innovate HR functions and processes to improve site-level operations.
- Partner with leaders to advance the understanding and application of management principles.
- Provide data-driven insights for strategic workforce planning and recommend necessary adjustments to HR strategies.
- Implement and uphold HR processes supported by technology to ensure efficient service delivery.
- Assess employment-related risks and guide leaders in accordance with company policies.
- Ensure effective performance management and development practices are in place.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Word.
- Supervise HR support staff and develop their professional capabilities.
- Lead a team of HR professionals to create mutually beneficial outcomes for employees and the organization.
- Proven HR experience in talent management processes within an organization.
- Experience in developing and executing strategies to meet business objectives.
- Ability to partner with leadership to drive HR initiatives.
- Experience in coaching and influencing leaders in a business context.
- Proficiency in collaborating with frontline supervisors.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- HR experience in a manufacturing setting.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources Management or a related field.
- Experience in aligning HR initiatives with strategic business goals.
- Familiarity with data analytics to identify and act on opportunities.
- Experience supervising HR personnel.
