Principal, AWS WFP Strategist, AWS Workforce Planning

We are seeking a highly skilled Principal, AWS WFP Strategist, AWS Workforce Planning to join our team. As a key member of our workforce planning team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic workforce plans that drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in workforce planning, with experience in developing and implementing strategic plans that drive business results. You will be responsible for working closely with senior leaders to understand business needs and develop plans that meet those needs.
You will also be responsible for analyzing data and trends to identify opportunities for improvement and developing strategies to address those opportunities. Additionally, you will be responsible for communicating plans and results to senior leaders and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic workforce plans that drive business growth and improve operational efficiency
- Work closely with senior leaders to understand business needs and develop plans that meet those needs
- Analyze data and trends to identify opportunities for improvement and develop strategies to address those opportunities
- Communicate plans and results to senior leaders and stakeholders
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in workforce planning, with a strong background in developing and implementing strategic plans
- Master's degree in statistics, engineering, I/O psychology, mathematics, economics, or MBA
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop effective solutions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with senior leaders and stakeholders
