Ideal candidates should possess experience in areas such as plumbing, electrical work, residential HVAC, or facility management. Compensation will be based on experience and professional history. Our experienced team will provide training tailored to the specifics of this role. Proficiency in typing and basic computer skills is necessary, as you will utilize information from technicians via our mobile CRM application. Our Microsoft CRM system is cutting-edge and updated to the latest version.
$23 - $40 per hour
Key Responsibilities:- Generate detailed proposals, cost assessments, budgets, and updates for clients and project managers.
- Deliver troubleshooting, repairs, replacements, maintenance, and construction services for commercial entities.
- Handle a diverse range of commercial equipment, both large and small.
- Effectively communicate with management, technicians, and clients.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in the construction sector, specifically in project estimation or management.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and construction estimation software.
- A Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, accounting, construction management, or a related discipline is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of data analysis, risk assessment, research methods, accounting principles, and estimation metrics.
- Exceptional analytical abilities, critical thinking skills, and advanced mathematical proficiency are essential.
