Key Responsibilities:

  • Tutor school-aged students in math, reading, and writing to help them master their academic skills.
  • Supervise classroom operational procedures and staffing schedules to ensure a smooth and efficient learning environment.
  • Maintain accurate student records and analyze progress to recommend appropriate instructional strategies.
  • Prepare and communicate student progress reports to parents and teachers.
  • Assess and enroll new students, ensuring a seamless onboarding process.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in any field and completion of The Tutoring Center's training program are required.
  • Availability to work Monday – Thursday, 3:00 – 7:30pm, and Friday and Saturday as needed.
