Compensation Package:$140,000 - $170,000 per year

Job Summary

This role involves leading multiple projects simultaneously, building strong client relationships, and driving business growth through effective proposal development.

Main Accountabilities:

  • Manage project planning and execution to ensure timely and budget-friendly outcomes.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication.
  • Develop and present proposals to secure new business opportunities.
  • Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams to resolve project-related issues.

Essential Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or a related field.
  • P.E. license (Professional Engineer).
  • 3+ years of experience in site design with a proven track record of delivering successful projects.
  • Strong project management skills, including budgeting, scheduling, and team coordination.
  • Experience in commercial, residential, or drainage projects.
