Structural Engineering Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Structural Engineer to join our team in Louisville, KY. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and implementation of structural engineering projects.
About the RoleIn this role, you will serve as a subject matter expert, providing technical leadership and guidance on structural engineering design, analysis, and construction methodologies. You will also be responsible for managing multiple engineering projects simultaneously, conducting thorough analysis and calculations to verify the integrity and performance of structural systems.
You will mentor and support junior engineers, fostering their professional growth and development. Additionally, you will review and approve engineering drawings, specifications, and reports prepared by junior team members. Your expertise in site visits and inspections will be essential in assessing the condition of existing structures and providing recommendations for repairs or modifications.
As a collaborative team player, you will work closely with architects, contractors, and clients to develop and implement innovative engineering solutions. You will also participate in client meetings and contribute to the growth of the company.
RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you must have a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field, with a Master's degree preferred. You must also have a minimum of 5 years of experience in structural engineering, with a strong background in project management and leadership.
Competitive salary based on experience: $120,000 - $160,000 per year.
