Civil Engineer Role Overview

MDLI Services, Inc. is a nationwide company founded in Colorado in 1999 that primarily works for construction, energy-related companies, and US Federal Agencies. We are seeking a skilled Civil Engineer to manage various construction projects from inception to completion. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring successful project delivery.

Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year

Key Responsibilities:

Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project delivery

Utilize construction management software such as ProCore and Primavera for efficient project tracking

Coordinate with architects, contractors, and clients to facilitate effective communication throughout the project lifecycle

Prepare and review schematics, contracts, and construction estimates to ensure accuracy and compliance

Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise during construction

Implement best practices in project coordination and management to enhance productivity and quality

Assist in the preparation of reports and documentation related to project status, risks, and milestones

Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure their needs are met

Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and technicians

Maintain accurate records of project progress, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation

Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project management processes and procedures

Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies
