The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the quotation process, liaising with production teams to guarantee clear communication of requirements and facilitate order conversion.
Key Responsibilities
- Gain a foundational understanding of vertical turbine pumps.
- Prepare and deliver accurate pricing quotations and necessary documentation.
- Act as a liaison between clients and internal personnel regarding application inquiries.
- Provide technical support and solutions to representatives, distributors, and clients through various communication channels.
- Utilize software tools, including Microsoft Office Suite, to present data and documentation effectively.
- Compile production packets for job assignments to be dispatched to the production floor.
- Assist the Customer Service Manager with quotations, procurement, order tracking, and report generation.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent experience.
- Proficient in PC usage and familiar with software applications (MS Office Suite required).
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on professionalism.
- Adept at problem-solving and addressing client concerns.
- Basic knowledge of vertical turbine pumping systems.
Work Environment
This position is based in a standard office setting. Candidates should be prepared for regular office hours, working at a desk, and engaging in telephone communications.
