About the Role:
Crestwood Behavioral Health is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Recovery Coach to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals on their recovery journey, providing a safe and non-judgmental space for them to grow and thrive.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and communicate with clients to ensure their needs are met
- Provide rehabilitation groups under supervision, promoting a supportive and inclusive environment
- Assist clients with daily living activities as needed, fostering independence and self-sufficiency
- Participate in crisis intervention, utilizing de-escalation techniques to resolve conflicts
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum two years of clinical experience in a psychiatric setting, or equivalent training
- Valid California Driver's License and satisfactory DMV driving history check
