The Branch Manager will be responsible for driving performance goals across all areas of the business, meeting and exceeding branch and company objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and analyze sales, parts, service, and rental performance to identify areas for improvement
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and revenue growth
  • Oversee the hiring, training, and development of branch personnel

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of operations/sales management experience, excellent communication skills, and proven industry knowledge relevant to equipment dealerships.
