Key Responsibilities:
In-Depth Treatment Consultation: Work closely with our surgical team during patient evaluations to thoroughly understand their treatment requirements.
Compassionate Treatment Presentation: Clearly and empathetically guide patients through their treatment choices. This includes explaining insurance benefits and outlining financial options to empower them in making informed decisions regarding their oral health.
Efficient Treatment Planning: Keep detailed records of treatment plans and perform regular follow-ups with both patients and surgeons to ensure a seamless process. Utilize WinOMS for accurate input and tracking of treatment information.
Proactive Patient Engagement: Manage recall lists and unscheduled treatment reports to keep our patients informed and engaged, ensuring that no one is overlooked.
Collaborative Support: Act as a liaison between the billing department and patients, ensuring clarity in financial responsibilities. Build strong relationships with referring dentists and external laboratories to enhance patient care.
