About the Role:The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care as a member of our hospitalist team. This includes assessing patient needs, developing and implementing treatment plans, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Responsibilities:- Assess patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
- Provide education and support to patients and their families
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes
To be considered for this role, candidates must have a strong background in hospital medicine and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A Master's degree in Physician Assistant Studies and current certification as a Physician Assistant are also required.
