Accounting and Financial Services Manager

Are you a detail-oriented and organized individual with a passion for accounting and finance? We are seeking a highly skilled Accounting and Financial Services Manager to join our team at the New Rochelle YMCA.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger
  • Prepare and review financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
  • Assist in the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures
  • Provide financial analysis and recommendations to management
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely financial information

Requirements:

  • 4-year degree in accounting or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting and financial services
  • Advanced knowledge of QuickBooks and MS Excel
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills
