Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to join our team at Grand Pacific Resorts. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, handling guest inquiries, and ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional guest service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Check guests in and out of the resort, ensuring accurate room assignments and key distribution.
  • Answer a high volume of inbound calls, responding to guest inquiries and resolving issues.
  • Communicate effectively with guests, owners, supervisors, and associates, ensuring a positive and professional experience.
  • Resolve customer complaints and problems calmly and effectively, ensuring guest satisfaction.
  • Obtain or confirm guest information, assign rooms, and activate and distribute keys.
  • Occasionally assist guests with loading or unloading luggage, and deliver guest request items to and from rooms.
Requirements
  • 1+ years of related experience, preferably within the hospitality industry.
  • Professional telephone etiquette and excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • High school diploma or equivalent, with a focus on customer service and hospitality.
  • Ability to work well in a diverse team environment, with a focus on providing exceptional guest service.
Working Conditions

This role requires the ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours, with occasional lifting and/or moving of up to 25 pounds. Clear vision (close, distant, and depth perception) is necessary for navigating office and all other buildings within the resort.
