This individual will support our IT Manager with operational tasks such as setting up printers, workstations, desks, and conference rooms. This role ensures the IT Manager can focus on strategic tasks by handling day-to-day operational duties.

Key Responsibilities:


Set up and configure workstations, including peripherals (monitors, keyboards, etc.)


Install and maintain printers and office hardware


Prepare and arrange desks for new employees, including hardware installation


Assist with setting up conference rooms and A/V equipment for meetings


Coordinate with vendors for office hardware and consumables


Maintain inventory of IT equipment and supplies


Support basic IT-related tasks to reduce the operational load on the IT Manager

Qualifications:


Basic understanding of IT hardware setup and installation


Strong organizational skills with attention to detail


Ability to work independently and solve operational challenges


Experience in an office environment or IT operations is preferred
