The Wealth Management Associate Lead supports the Financial Advisor team to further develop and enhance existing client relationships. This role provides specialized support in Business Development, Wealth Planning, Investment Management, or Business Management, spending more than 50% of time on relationship management activities. The Associate Lead assists with and attends client meetings and discussions covering investment strategy, account performance, new products, and market developments to promote growth and acquisition.
This position requires registration under the SAFE Act requirements. Pursuant to these regulations, all employees engaged in residential loan mortgage originations must register with the federal registry system and remain in good standing. As this role necessitates SAFE Act registration, you will be required to register and submit to the necessary background check and registration process. Failure to obtain and/or maintain SAFE Act registration may result in disciplinary action up to and including termination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional client service and support to Financial Advisors
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance client relationships
- Collaborate with portfolio managers, product specialists, and senior wealth planners to coordinate sales and service activities
- Work closely with Financial Advisors and Senior Business Managers to develop, implement, and monitor the team's client service model
Required Qualifications:
- Series 7, 63/65 or 66 or equivalent; obtain all state registrations held by supported Financial Advisors and Advisor Teams
- SAFE ACT Registration; ADV-2B Required
- Maintain at least one firm-approved designation
- Possess strong communication skills and ability to lead through collaboration and influence without direct authority
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
- Thorough knowledge and understanding of Wealth Management products and services
- Proven ability to manage risk and support sound decisions
- Ability to research escalated client issues for response/resolution
Estimated Salary: $70,000 - $110,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, education, and skill set. This role is eligible for a formulaic incentive plan, offering opportunities for monthly, quarterly, and annual bonuses based on defined metrics.
