Job Description

We are seeking a talented Associate Financial Advisor to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will work under the guidance of a Lead Financial Advisor to provide comprehensive planning services to clients. Your responsibilities will include:

Key Responsibilities
  • Onboarding new clients and providing exceptional service to existing clients
  • Preparing for client meetings, updating plans, reviewing portfolios, and implementing recommendations
  • Supporting advisors in providing comprehensive financial planning, including cash flow analysis, investments, retirement, insurance, tax, and estate planning
  • Collaborating across multiple teams and attending client and team meetings
  • Performing administrative duties that support Financial Advisors in daily business practices
  • Acquiring and maintaining relevant certifications, credentials, and industry knowledge
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 3-5 years of experience in the financial services industry
  • A Bachelor's Degree, Series 65, and starting or working towards CFP certification
  • Unquestioned commitment to integrity in personal and professional activities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and exceptional math skills
  • Highly motivated with the ability to function well in a fast-paced team environment
  • Comfortable on camera for meetings, conferences, and presentations
  • Ability to do independent research and strong attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook, with knowledge of financial planning, CRM, trading, and custodian software a plus
  • Proactive, self-starter by nature, friendly, and strong desire to learn and take direction

Compensation

The salary for this position is $65,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
