Job Description:
The Relationship Manager plays a key role in supporting Financial Advisors to develop and enhance existing client relationships. This specialist/manager provides critical support across various teams, including Business Development, Wealth Planning, Investment Management, and Business Management, while spending more than 50% of their time on relationship management activities.
Key responsibilities include assisting with and attending client meetings, discussing investment strategy, account performance, new products, and market developments to promote growth and acquisition. The Relationship Manager will engage with portfolio managers, product specialists, and/or team Senior Wealth Planners and Investment Management Specialists to coordinate sales and service activities.
Working closely with Financial Advisors and/or team Senior Business Managers, the Relationship Manager will develop, implement, and monitor the team's client service model. This position requires registration under the SAFE Act, which involves registering with the federal registry system and maintaining good standing. Failure to obtain and/or maintain SAFE Act registration may result in disciplinary action, up to and including termination.

Benefits:
This role offers an annualized salary range of $60,000 - $100,000, based on experience, education, and skill set. Additionally, this position is eligible to participate in a formulaic incentive plan, with incentives earned based on performance against defined metrics.
