* Assist in Motion Practice, preparing necessary documents and coordinating with attorneys.
* Maintain client confidentiality and uphold the firm's reputation by adhering to professional standards.

Requirements:

* Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Paralegal Studies, Law, or a related field.
* Minimum of 7 years' experience as a Legal Assistant or Paralegal, preferably in a personal injury law firm.
* Fluent in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
* Proficiency in drafting and preparing legal documents.
* Experience in setting up and organizing files.
* Strong interpersonal skills for interacting with clients and team members.
* Knowledge of Motion Practice and Calendar Practice.
* Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
