Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Manager in achieving company goals and objectives.
  • Supervise all personnel in the assigned store, including communicating, monitoring, and enforcing company policies and procedures.
  • Responsible for all store-level company records, including accuracy, security, and submission of daily reports.
  • Monitor and enforce staff scheduling.
  • Supervise food preparation and cooking processes, assist in managing food cost, preparation, and waste.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Responsible for all specified restaurant duties, including opening, closing, scheduling, inventory control, merchandising, ordering, vendor relations, customer relations, disputes, complaints, cleaning, etc.
  • Follow and ensure Associates follow guidelines and procedures of knife handling and safety.
  • Ensure the facility is secure and safe, complying with all safety and environmental guidelines.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or G.E.D. preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Basic management and supervisory skills required.
  • Ability to follow directions and comply with company policies and procedures.
  • Valid ID and reliable transportation required.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including daytime, evening, and/or nighttime store shifts.
  • Good oral communication skills required.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision under stressful conditions.
