About thePosition

We are looking for a team member with adynamic energetic and outgoing personality with a strong backgroundin highend customer service. This individual must also have thedrive organization and determination to meet goals and enjoy goingabove and beyond patients expectations.

Thisindividual will be responsible for assistingthe operation managerwith coordinating and overseeing the daily operations of the cliniccommunication with all patients maintaining patient records andensuring proper documentation answering questions providingguidance acting as liaison between provider and patient quotingfees scheduling appointments collecting fees interfacing withpatients from the initial contact through follow up care payingclose attention to the details of the entire patient experienceparticipating in practice marketing and supporting and cheerleadingpatients through their journey.

Candidates musthave a professional presentation that is representative of ourpractice be highly motivated and work well individually as well asin a team environment. We are looking for an individual withlongterm potential who enjoys connecting withothers.

Must HaveCriteria:

  • Must be willing towork between two locations (Winston Salem NC and SummerfieldNC)
  • Experience working in a medical officerequired ideal candidate will have a background that is eitherelective in nature such as a med spa or in an office setting suchas a physicians office offering a high level of customerservice
  • Demonstratedstrong written and verbal communicationskills
  • Ability to make anoutstanding first impression
  • Efficient and ableto prioritize tasks
  • Punctual and reliableattendance
  • Extremely detailoriented
  • Consistent with organization andfollowup
  • Computer proficient (able to easilyuse Word Excel and electronic medical recordsoftware)
  • Reliabletransportation

  • Eagerness to learn additionalcapabilities in the medicaloffice


Abilityand Skills

  • Efficiently room workup newpatients assist in overall flow of theclinic
  • Perform basic patient care duties suchas taking vital signs and assisting withprocedures
  • Records and documents all medicalinformation and all prescribed medications in the patientselectronic record
  • Oversee and manage allElectronic Medical Records (EMR) information for accuracy andcompleteness.
  • Consistentlywork to identify areas of opportunity or improvement in officesprocesses.
  • Oversee management and inventory ofoffice supplies and medical supplies ensuring adequate stocklevels.
  • Ability tomultitask and handle critical issues as theyarise
  • Ensure clinic is cleaned stocked andready for patient care daily
