Civil Engineering Manager Role Overview

Ware Malcomb is seeking a seasoned Civil Engineering Manager to lead our North East civil engineering practice. As a key member of our senior management team, you will be responsible for driving growth, revenue, and profitability while managing select projects and nurturing a positive team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement business strategies to drive revenue growth and profitability
  • Manage project revenue projections, monthly financial reports, and business reports
  • Lead select projects and ensure timely completion
  • Recruit, train, and mentor team members to achieve business objectives
  • Establish and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and project updates
  • Attend relevant networking functions and industry events to promote Ware Malcomb's services

Civil Engineering Manager Qualifications:
  • 10+ years of civil engineering experience, specifically in land development
  • Experience as a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager, with prior leadership experience preferred
  • Professional Engineer (PE) certification
  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
