Project Manager/Estimator

Job Summary:

Facilitates is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager/Estimator to oversee all aspects of project delivery, including business development, estimating, and project management duties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provides leadership and guidance to the construction team and assumes overall responsibility for the successful completion of assigned projects within allotted time and budget.
  • Coordinates work efforts during preconstruction, estimating, contract buyout, construction, and closeout phases of the project.
  • Manages project budgets, construction costs, change management, and other financials.
  • Ensures full implementation of company safety, risk management, environmental, and stormwater programs.
  • Leads GH Phipps' QA/QC program and supports it through consistent focus on quality control.
  • Mentors and trains direct reports through regular communication.
  • Develops competencies and skill sets via active engagement in performance management process, employee development, and problem-solving.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of five (5) years of general commercial construction experience required.
  • Proficient in CMiC and Procore.
  • Proficient in Bluebeam.
  • Proficient in Microsoft products (Navisworks, Office Suite - Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to read project schedules in Primavera P6.
