Job Title: Mobile Associate

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide personalized service to customers, helping them navigate our products and services.
  • Work closely with customers to understand their needs and preferences, and make recommendations to meet their wireless needs.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest wireless technologies and trends, and share this knowledge with customers to help them make informed decisions.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless customer experiences across all channels.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, preferably in a retail environment.
  • Passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Competitive drive and ability to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment.
