Job Overview

We are looking for a talented Electrical Assembly Technician to become part of our dynamic team. The successful candidate will handle tasks such as splicing, crimping, and routing, as well as outfitting components like engines, panels, and fuel tanks. You will also be involved in fabrication processes utilizing drills, saws, sanders, and various hand and power tools. Troubleshooting responsibilities will include diagnosing issues with engines, displays, or fluidic systems. A strong ability to interpret schematics and blueprints is essential.

Position Type

This role is a Contract-to-Hire opportunity with a duration of 6 months.

Work Environment

The position is fully on-site. You will work in a newly established manufacturing facility featuring clean and spacious areas designated for assembly, welding, and warehousing. The current workforce consists of 25 employees, with plans to expand to 100 by year-end. The work schedule is 1st shift from 5 am to 3:30 pm, Monday through Thursday, with optional overtime on Fridays and mandatory overtime for a limited period.
