We are seeking an experienced Community Development Loan Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing relationships with community groups and organizations, identifying opportunities for loan development, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with community groups and organizations
  • Identify opportunities for loan development and growth
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to clients
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in community development or a related field
  • Proven track record of success in loan development and relationship building
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
