Physical Therapist Job Description
**About the Role**
We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team at TLC Physical Therapy. As a Physical Therapist, you will play a vital role in helping patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions.
**Responsibilities**
* Instruct and motivate patients to learn and improve functional activities
* Timely documentation of patient progress and treatment plans
* Confers with physical therapy staff and other healthcare professionals to exchange patient information and coordinate treatment programs
* Provides orientation to new Physical Therapist Assistants and directs and gives instructions to Physical Therapy Technicians
**Requirements**
* Physical Therapist licensure in good standing, or the ability to obtain a Florida state licensure
* Experienced Physical Therapists and New Grads are welcome to apply
* Must successfully complete all pre-employment standards
