Position Overview:
Full-Time
Shift: Day
Role Responsibilities:
Deliver direct nursing care in alignment with established policies, procedures, and protocols of the healthcare organization.

Value You Bring to the Team:
  • Implement and oversee patient care plans, monitoring, recording, and communicating patient conditions as necessary.
  • Act as the primary coordinator for all disciplines involved in delivering well-coordinated patient care.
  • Document and execute physician and nursing orders.
  • Evaluate and coordinate patient discharge planning needs with healthcare team members.

Qualifications:
Essential Expertise and Experience:
· Diploma from an accredited nursing school/college is required; BSN is strongly preferred or currently enrolled in a BSN program; must be willing to obtain BSN within three years from the date of hire.
· Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in Cath Lab/EP/IR or ICU/ER/OR settings.
· BLS Provider certification from the American Heart Association (AHA) must be obtained prior to hire or job transfer date.
· Registered Nurse credential from the Illinois Board of Nursing must be obtained prior to hire or job transfer date.
